I started this project in Sketch before moving everything to Figma. My goal was to design an e-commerce platform that felt classy and elegant but still affordable—think direct-from-manufacturer pricing with a premium shopping experience.

Challenge.
Making the platform look high-end while being transparent about pricing. Users were abandoning their carts because discounts and shipping costs only appeared at checkout, creating trust issues and hesitation.

Solutions.
I tackled this by refining the typography and layout to create that premium feel, then weaving in discount indicators and promo banners naturally throughout the experience. I also redesigned the product and cart pages to show clear price breakdowns and estimated shipping upfront—no surprises at checkout.

Botéga became an elegant yet accessible shopping experience that stands out from typical e-commerce platforms. Users loved the clean aesthetic and how easy it was to browse and buy—especially the intuitive navigation and the way products were presented. The upfront pricing transparency made a real difference in their confidence to purchase.
